Bucina Eko is a company that focuses on the recycling of wood waste, with the aim of giving it a new purpose and thereby decreasing the consumption of wood in Slovakia. 
“Giving a new purpose to old wood!” – the vision of Bucina Eko has connected well with the philosophy of material basic, creating a unique support of furniture manufacturing directly from a company dealing with the salvage, separation and preparation of wood waste!
In the current situation when trees are cut down in Bratislava in an unrestrained, absurd manner and with ulterior motives, the collaboration between material basic and Bucina Eko is a new perspective on how to give these trees a new life…
